Melanie, with her intuition for interpersonal relationships, is the guarantor of a harmonious collaboration within the entire KOHLHOFF team. She is the central point for important internal matters. Having been an active competitive sailor in the 505 class in the past, Melanie is now found on the J70 regatta circuit or spending time on the water with her family in her leisure time

A cornerstone of the German sailing industry. Peter has been the owner and managing director of KOHLHOFF GmbH for 35 years and is known for his vast knowledge and contagious enthusiasm. Whether as an active sailor on the water, in consulting sessions with clients, or in the development of new ideas—he is always fully committed with great passion!

Nick has been actively sailing since he was a young boy. He came to Kiel for his business studies and ended up with us. He remains calm even in the most challenging tasks, and his friendly and laid-back personality make him a valuable team member.

Adda is the good soul of Kohlhoff GmbH. She enjoys answering customer calls and is always able to help right away. Additionally, her organizational skills make her indispensable to the company. Born in Husum, she has had a connection to water since birth, but her true passion lies in horseback riding.

Ropework, rigging, and project management are his world. After nearly a decade of hard work on the Laser and Finn dinghy, Max swapped the hiking strap for an office chair. In the company, he primarily focuses on rigging projects and always comes up with great ideas when it comes to specialized solutions in this field. Of course, he remains loyal to sailing and is, among other things, successfully competing in the Star class.

Anja is the finance minister in our company. With her many years of experience in accounting, she keeps our numbers reliably under control with great passion and meticulousness. Anja’s good mood and balanced nature always create a positive atmosphere in the team.

Johann is the youngest of the three Kohlhoff brothers. He has been sailing nearly as long as he has been walking. Growing up in the legendary youth department of the Kiel Yacht Club, he transitioned from Opti to Laser and celebrated successes in both national and international regattas. Later, he became a multiple J-70 Bundesliga winner with the NRV. After a successful sailing career, Johann focused on his studies in business psychology and went on to work successfully in the fashion industry. Today, he combines his sailing expertise with the fashion world and co-leads the brand SLAM with Nick Heuwinkel.

Thanks to her nearly 20 years of experience with our company, Conny even has a clear overview from her home office in Baden-Württemberg. She keeps the prices reliably up to date and, as our specialist in inventory management, uses her keen sense to track down any discrepancies.

Als Leidenschaftlicher Segler und rheinländische Frohnatur unterstützt uns Volker immer gut gelaunt im Versand und sorgt dafür, dass die Ware gut verpackt auf den Weg gebracht wird.

Als aktiver Laser-Segler gründete Stas bereits während seines Studiums seine eigene Segelschule in der ukrainischen Hafenstadt Mariupol. Anfang 2022 verließ er seine Heimat und kam nach Deutschland. Seine Liebe zum Detail zeigt er jetzt mit seiner Arbeit – ob mit Draht oder Tauwerk – in unserer Rigging-Werkstatt . Damit ist er ein wertvolles Mitglied unseres Rigging-Teams geworden.

Dennis ist als Techniker, genau der Richtige wenn es um komplexe Systeme auf Yachten geht. Dennis kümmert sich bei uns um alles was ein Kabel hat und sorgt für die richtige Funktion unserer elektrischen Produkte. Egal ob Andersen Winschen mit E-Antrieb, Jefa Autopilotantriebe oder NKE Systeme. Dennis kennt sich aus. Selber Eigner einer klassischen OE36 (natürlich mit NKE ausgerüstet), weiß Dennis woher der Wind weht...

Tommi genannt "Klaus" ist unser neuer Auszubildener im Bereich: Kaufmann für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement. Tommi ist ein "Kieler-Jung" und segelt seit seiner Jugend im Kieler Yacht Club auf Jollen und Dickschiffen. Als Bootsmann diverser Regattayachten hier an der Küste, weiß "Klaus" was Eigner sich wünschen. Entsprechend kundenorientiert und freundlich hat Tommi seine Leute im Griff.

Gunnar hat sich mit einer Menge Energie von einem Hamburger Versandhandel zu uns an die Küste getraut. Er unterstützt Volker und Adda in allen Versandfragen und sitzt auch manchmal im Auto und fährt die Ware direkt an die Kunden aus. Gunnar ist wie ein Schweizer Taschenmesser für alle Fragen und Tätigkeiten offen.
